How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order, just for you. Allow 3–5 business days for production, then 3–7 business days for U.S. shipping — most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks total. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. See our Shipping Policy.
Why "made to order"?
We print each item when you order it instead of mass-producing inventory — less waste, fresher prints, and a piece made specifically for you. The small trade-off is a few days of production time.
How do I choose the right size?
Our pieces run true to size and unisex. Check our Size Guide for how to measure and choose between sizes. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit. Still unsure? Message us with your usual size and how you like your fit, and we'll point you to the right one before you order.
What's your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we'll replace it free or refund you — just contact us within 30 days with a photo. Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for the wrong size or change of mind, so check the Size Guide first (or ask us). Full details: Returns & Refunds.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an item enters production we can't change or cancel it.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted platform — pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major credit card.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery times and any customs fees vary by destination and are the customer's responsibility.
What's the quality like?
We build on premium, heavyweight blanks — structured pieces made to hold their shape and color wash after wash. No thin, flimsy fast-fashion.
What does "Iron Lion" stand for?
