Every Iron Lion piece is made to order, printed just for you. Because nothing is pre-stocked, we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store — but we always stand behind our quality.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Sizing & change of mind
Because items are produced on demand, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the fit notes on each product page before ordering — and if you're between sizes or unsure, reach out before you buy and we'll help you land the right fit.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an item enters production we can no longer modify or cancel it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank to post the credit.
